I just need to file a formal complaint and have what I have to say pretty much rewritten but still including all details as it needs to go into documentation format. I also need help figuring out where my address and information go. So I need to sound professional so I know much of what I say will just need redone. But it needs to be documented everything so like, I need the times, dates, all that, and pretty much what was said still there, but the way I have it, it needs to change. It does not sound adult to be honest. I just am not in a good frame of mind to be writing right now thats why I seek your help to write complaint in formal and professional manner. here on this link you can download my informal way.

ANd again, I will need to know where the date and time goes and maybe you can just leave fill in the blank for where my addresses should go
Also, I am not sure if I should change certain things to just say, this is not verbatim or not or how this really needs rewritten or what should be completely removed to make this look professional
one more thing about the phones is I did not see a phone box roster on the phone box. Can you possibly tell Carter to add that, and then I will be done adding things
And instead of Ms. Sasha, I meant to state Ms Penelope in some of the documents
