Project is individual. You will be assigned a data set of a given topic.
This project is very different from all other projects that you have done. It is not solving a problem or creating a product. It is on exploration and analysis. (something like investigation)
At the beginning, you might find yourself ″lost″ because the topic and data given to you may appear ″alien″ to you. You need to do own research about the topic and variables, then propose questions or make hypothesis. Only then, you apply what you learned in the subject to answer the questions or validate the hypothesis.
Knowing how to use Internet to search for information is important. You can refer to this video for some tips.
Deliverables:
1. A report of the insights
2. A presentation/interview 3. KNIME workflow
4. Tableau workbook
Data cleaning must be done in KNIME and statistical analysis and visualisation can be done in KNIME and Tableau.
Project Assessment breakdown:
